Administrative & Marketing Assistant
Location: The Tech Guys/TTG Marketing office
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Duration: Temp-to-Hire: 3-month trial period, then full employment pending a 3-month review.
Pay: $15/hour
Reports to: Company Owners & Marketing Team Leads
Responsibilities:
50% Administrative (The Tech Guys)

Answer client phone calls and assist walk-ins in the storefront.

Collect client information and pass along to the relevant department.
50% Marketing & Web Design (TTG Marketing)

Assist the marketing team with client communications and projects.

Implement marketing designs using the platforms and tools most appropriate for the clients' needs.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that marketing projects and websites are developed to meet project timelines and budgets.

Communicate effectively and consistently with clients to ensure that their needs are met throughout the website design & marketing process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web design & marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Manage ongoing relationships with clients who have support packages or need regular updates to their sites.
Qualifications:

High school diploma and GED.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently on specific tasks while collaborating with the team on projects as a whole.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements:

Must be 18+ years of age
