Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Location: The Tech Guys/TTG Marketing office

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Duration: Temp-to-Hire: 3-month trial period, then full employment pending a 3-month review.

Pay: $15/hour

Reports to: Company Owners & Marketing Team Leads

 

Responsibilities:

50% Administrative (The Tech Guys)

  • Answer client phone calls and assist walk-ins in the storefront.

  • Collect client information and pass along to the relevant department.

 

50% Marketing & Web Design (TTG Marketing)

  • Assist the marketing team with client communications and projects.

  • Implement marketing designs using the platforms and tools most appropriate for the clients' needs.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that marketing projects and websites are developed to meet project timelines and budgets.

  • Communicate effectively and consistently with clients to ensure that their needs are met throughout the website design & marketing process.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design & marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients who have support packages or need regular updates to their sites.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and GED.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently on specific tasks while collaborating with the team on projects as a whole.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years of age

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
